Hi

I am about to setup a small office network over a couple of rooms and was wondering if anyone has setup SBS completely as wireless. Can this be done? Can I still connect the wireless computers to the domain?

The reason I am asking is there are no ethernet cabling in the rooms and thought this would be a cost effective way of creating a network.

Can users still remotely access the server even if its wireless.

I was thinking of having a router and printer connected to the server, however the pc's would connect wirelessly to the server with share folders created on the server?

Any help would be beneficial.

Thanks

I've never done this myself, but it should work.

However with wireless being unreliable I think the speed of the network could be slow and unreliable. I also think it might cause you problems accessing the services remotely.

If you can just throw some network leads round the edge of the room, this would be better.

Thanks.
