SBS 2003: Add 2nd Email Domain

I have a sbs2003 Server Standard. My client already has a email domain and mailboxes setup: joedoe@domain.com. They receive emails and all is good. Now she just another domain name and would like me to setup that domain name also on server so she can also receive emails to this SBS2003 server. How do i go about this?
