SBS 2000 to SBS 2000

Hi all,

I have a 2000 SB Server, and i want to transfer all active directory/dns/etc to another 2000 sbs which will take its place eventually. I can't use the migration tool as these servers aren't on the same network, and therefore can't see each other. Can anyone suggest what i need to do in order to do this?

can you not join the server to the current network just to transfer the roles? Durring downtime?

If you can transfer during downtime then its possible to stop the sbs installtion right after win2k server install, then dcpromo the server. this will get past the issue of having two SBS server on the same domain.
