SBS 2000 server getting hammered with disk access

Folks,

I am having some trouble with a Small Business Server that is running out of memory because the INETINFO (IIS) service is taking all the RAM. The STORE (Exchange Information Store) is also eating up the ram. When I try to stop the services, they time out, so I cant really see what the problem is.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
