SBS 2000 modem sharing service

Hello!

I have a Windows 2000 SBS server which does not appear to have the modem sharing server service installed or available. I have found the files on CD2 of the disk set but don't know how to install it manually. Can anyone help me on this as we have some banking software which requires it's function.
