Hi,

Does Arcserve work on SBS 2000, and if so does it support Intelligent Disaster Recovery, so I could get network up and running quickly if we had to replace server due to flood or theft.

We can't get Intelligent Disaster Recovery working with our current Stac Replica for Windows NT, were going to use Veritas BAckup Exec for Windows SBS 4.5 but that feature doesn't work with SBS 2000 - so we are looking at alternatives.

I eagerly await your reply.

Regards,
Jay/uk

There is a storage suite for SBS 2000, but it does not contain the DR option (SBS 2000 is not supported with the DR option). If you get familiar with the recovery white papers of Windows 2000, and keep the configuration of the server documented, I would prefer to do a manual recovery anyway.
