SBO. Emergency Access Number

I have an SBO which all users dial all there level 9 calls via the main site.
The only calls to go out via the SBO trunks are 999 calls.
Iam trying to programe this up with using E.S.N.
Has anyone done this before.

What is your main office CS1000E/T or CS1000S? Do you already use ESA at you main office, or are you implementing this as well?
