On a 96xx set the buttons can be personalized. The limit for the number of characters is 13 per AVAYA documentation. On the SBM24 buttons can also be personalized. One of my users is telling me they are limited to five characters when personalizing these buttons. I have not been able to find anything that specifies what this limit is or how to get beyond the five that my user is seeing.
