Can anyone assist with info on how to setup 2x SBG-1000 with SIP connection.

If anyone has documentation please let me know.

sip trunking to a provider or sip networking between two SBG?

Normally networking between SBG (and still LIK) is done via H323.
You still can use SIP but then have less feature but you don´t need a networking license.
