Hi,

I have a site with SBCE HA running on rls 7.x and they need a another SBCE at another site running on 8.x, are the SBCE's on different releases supported?

Hi checked the Comp Matrix not much information, but the environment for the SBCE is a Call Center

Suggest contacting your Avaya account rep or open a ticket with Avaya. Avaya will not tshoot any future issues if they determine you are running an "unsupported" environment.

You would probably be fine if you use 2 different EMS servers for each HA. The right answer is probably to just upgrade the existing SBC/EMS to R8, then add the new HA to that EMS.

I can confirm what lopes1211 says. Or when no HA is required, just install a R8 single box.
