SBCE Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade an SBCE from 6.2.1 Q18 to 6.3.0 Q19

Using

https://support.avaya.com/downloads...29921529630_9&productId=P0997&releaseId=6.3.x

It uploads the new software then tells you to go to the migration page which I do , log on accept licence ect

Then it just sits on the migration page, I left it running overnight in case it just took a long time.

Does anyone know how to complete this upgrade

Do you have instructions to do this, The one online is very vague about commands
