I purchased a used SBC to use as a spare. I received the SBC with a config already on it and do not know the passwords. Can I just do a fresh install of the software version that I want to use?

I wouldn't be able to use the licenses that were on it anyways, right? If I ever had to use it as a replacement for my customer, I assume I would have to transfer the customer's licenses from PLDS.
