My computer for some reason will no longer acess the internet. I have a Motorola Sb4100 modem. all four green lights are solid. I have service through MediaCom In souteastern iowa. I had norton personal firewall on. I have had it running for quite some time now close to a year. I called their tech support and they had me uninstall the firewall and reboot. after i did that my active desktop items came back so i let the tech support guy off the phone. but my problem was not fixed. I cannot ping anyone but myself. I don't know what to do. Please Help
