Saving TOAD Query Resutls in Excel Format

Hello

I am saving my query results in TOAD in Excel Format. However, when I open the file in Excel 2003, all the numeric values have been stored as text.

Is there a setting that I can change in TOAD/Excel to have the numeric results stored as numbers in Excel?

What version of TOAD?
It works fine in 9.5
