I have a Webi report that when run, produces over 65000 records. When I try to export it to Excel using the 'Save As' option it defaults to my old version of Excel (97-2003) and I lose all records 65537 onwards.
I have both 97-2003 and 2007 versions of excel on my machine but I can't seem to change the 'Save as' option to look for 2007. Is there any way to change the version of excel that webi exports to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stuart.

Basically, you can't. This is not dependent on which version of Excel you have installed - it works from the Excel export .dll that comes with Business Objects. AFAIK, at this time there is no support for Excel 2007 in BOE. Can you export to csv and then open the csv file in Excel 2007?

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.
