Saving the Screen capture as something useful..

I know that you can save the audio section of a call in a .wav format but is it possible to save the screen capture in a video format that can be emailed about?

FYI we are running 8.9

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
