Is there a way to create a site in Norstar Remote Untilites and then upload it to a MICS? I was thinking it would be cool to do station reviews with customers and then program their switch before I do the cutover without having to program the hardware at that moment.

Yes, using Norstar Remote Utilities Excel files you can program and save for later uploading for Software version ICS 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 4.1 and 5.0. Look at the C:\ICSRT\WORKBOOK directory on the computer having NRU. You will find the software version related Excel files in it. darnold@americaii.com

Two notes for you on using the workbooks.
1. it is rather slow to do a complete download/upload, I have initialized the ICS with the number range, then downloaded it to the workbook (else the ICS will not recognize new numbers from the workbook if they are not default numbers) make changes to config in the workbook. and then upload just the areas where changes were made. this brings the time needed down tremendously.
2. DO NOT download the configuration from one ICS and then upload it to another ICS, this will change the Serial number of the second ICS to the first ICS (Very bad idea) (this happened to us in a training class with MICS4.1 software and NRU 8.0, Norstar might have fixed this since but don't try it anyway) JerryReeve
