Saving report as CSV - in COGNOS 8 RS or QS

Can you modify the delimiter in the "save as" operation of saving the CSV output?? We might not want "tab-delimited" or "comma-delimited". I'll want to use a ~ perhaps (something that is NOT a character of the data).
