saving pyi as mdl in transformer

I have a small problem. I would appreciate any help that anyone could offer.

I am using transformer 6.6 and I have a pyi model that contains alternate drill-downs. I have the "reverse the sign" box checked on couple of manually created rollups within these drill downs and everything works fine. If I save the model in the .mdl format and then close and reopen it, I lose the "reverse the sign" checkmark in these alternate drill-downs.

As long as I keep the file in the .pyi format this does not happen.

Anyone have any ideas?
