Hello, I'm trying to save a MS Project file as a PDF so others can view the project and it doesn't save at all like the original project file looks. Rather, it saves as about 6 chopped up pages and though it reflects the entire project file, it reads and looks so bad that it's pretty much unusable. Does anyone have any hot tips for getting a project file into a format where other non-users of MS Project can view it? I thought about playing with SourceForge Open Project to see if it does the same thing but thought I'd post first. TIA

There are no built-in project viewers made by Microsoft. You can export data to Excel - you can use pdf. There are also third party viewers that allow much more than a static presentation - users can actually switch views. Visit:
