I have googled that and found some codes but want to know if anybody got something that really does the job.

When a user starts my application and print, i want the software to remember the printer settings he has set the previous time he had made modifications. If he has changed, orientation, paper settings, dpi....I do not want to have to go back to the printer preferences every time I need to make another print.
Thanks.

Are you talking about saving the properties themselves?
this is largely up to you.
it's like saving user settings:
some prefer ini files, others xml files or registry.

I would go with xml and save it under the users application data directory.

Yep, i found various source code that would work. Just wondering if someone in the forum had implemented something that would save all the printer properties. Some epson printers for example have an ink configuration on top of all the paper settings.
I'll dig more into it.
thanks.
