Saving picture from web browser

I have made my own simple web browser using the Microsoft Internet Controls component, and I want to be able to save pictures from it. For example:

If I tell the webbrowser to navigate to

http://www.somewebpage.com/example.JPG,

(-notice NOT a web page, just an image) how can I get it to save that picture to say, C:\My Documents? (Like right-clicking on it and choosing save picture.)
