We are running Acrobat professional 6.0.1 (latest updates) on Windows XP, with Office XP. We cannot use save as on a PDF file to save it in another format. we always get the message: "File as been tagged by another application" and the file save as fails. The security settings on the documents is "no security" and save as different type is allowed. Everything is allowed. Can anyone suggest how to resolve this? Thanks, Craig
