saving pbl read-only mode

When pbl file is read-only mode, if I try to save objects,
I cant save. Also, size of window objects change,but i dont want this. How can i solve this problem?
Because of saving read-only mode, anybody forget the pbl file is read-only mode.

What version of PowerBuilder are you using?

As far as the windows go... Are you talking about being able to resize the windows, or when the application is ran the windows show up as different sizes?

I use powerbuilder version 10.2.0 Build 8100.
when i try to save pbl in read-only mode,window size change in PBuilder design mode, not runtime.

I've noticed odd window size changes as well in the designer. I got used to it, and waited until deployment for the final sizing.

I'm running 10.5
