saving palm desktop data to another computer

Hello All,

I am a complete novice to palm device etc. We have a user who uses the palm desktop and wants to trasnfer his data from one laptop to another laptop.He wants to save all his data so he can access them on the new laptop.
I know I will have to install the palm software on the new computer.
How do I transfer the data onto the new laptop?

Not sure what version of Palm you have but it shouldn't be to difficult.

Install Palm desktop on the new computer, configure hotsync to synchronize to desktop from handheld. Plug in the handheld and hotsync. That should sync all data on Palm to Desktop.
