We need to save spesific project related email to network drives on our server on a daily basis. Instead of opening the email and file save as option we are looking for and "drag and drop" option which will keep the orginal email details like date, subject and from details.
Does anyone know of such free add-on or something else?

You can do this already directly from Outlook. The only problem is that you'll might need to manually rename files that have duplicate subjects, but different content since the subject will be the filename. From the inbox file list (not a fully opened message), just drag to an open shared folder on the server.

They want to add network drives to appear in Outlook. Basicly need something like explorer view in Outlook which is not possible as far as i know, thats why i'm looking for something else perhaps.

The correct thing, if you use Exchange, is to store this information in public folders.

If you add the 'web' or 'advanced' toolbars to the outlook layout, you can actually navigate file system folders. However, I don't think it will be very convenient to move mail to those folders. If you want a real 'explorer' pane off to one side of outlook, you'll probably need to look for a third party utility.
