Are you talking the actual syslog data from the syslog server or are you talking about the local logging buffer on the router?
If you just mean the local router then the easiest way is to copy and paste it into a text file, or you can use the session logging features of your terminal software, if it has any.
and Download the Kiwi Syslog Daemon.
Install the Kiwi SysLog Daemon on a server and activate the SysLog daemon as a service.
Instruct your Cisco device to send SysLog messages to your SysLog-server.
If you stick to the freeware version it just does what you want. It saves the received SysLog messages in a text file.
Overnight a copy is saved and a new text file is created (and filled...), so you end up with a text file for every day.
