I don't know the proper termonalogy, so bear with me.

We have forms on our intranet, that we have user fill out then print out to give to the people who process these. Well, we would like to not have to print out the forms, just email them to the next person. We know Adobe has a plug in to buy that does that, but that will be VERY expensive as it will have to be installed in several thousand clients. Are there any other ways to fill out a form, save the form with the information that was entered, so it can be emailed or printed at a later date?

Any ideas are welcome right now. iSeriesCodePoet

I don't remember the details. but I think I did this saving the completed form as a fax document. Might experiment.

Oh so print as a file? I don't know how "user friendly" that is. Any other ideas, I will pass that one along though. iSeriesCodePoet
