Saving GW Email, including all recipients

I need to save certain emails and copy/paste them into an Access database. I've done the "Save As", only option is to save the email as a .doc, which doesn't include every recipient, including CC and BC.

Is there a way to save email and include ALL recipients and attachments so I can paste into Access? Any other ideas besides the copy/paste would be appreciated as well.

BTW: GW version is 6.5.1 (7/11/2003)
