Saving From ASP

I have an asp page which contains a chart and a data grid. To populate these I am using a number of stored procedures. My problem is that I need to be able to save both the graph and the grid to an image file (or any file for that matter) so that each time the user wants to see the graph and grid the stored procedures do not need to be run. Does anybody have any idea how I could do this as i'm lost and ready to throw my pc out the window and go to the pub!!
