Saving files takes a long time...

Hi,

When I save files after making minor changes right on the live server, it seems to take quite a while to save. I may make a very minor text change, such as adding a comma, and it seems to take close to a minute to save it.

Any suggestions to speed up the process of saving files. Is there a setting, or do you think something isn't configured right?

Actually, this is pretty normal because of the Internet traffic. It's even worse if you have a really large site and make any changes in the shared borders. That takes at least five minutes! The easiest solution is the edit the page from a copy on your local computer and then publish it to the live site.
