Hey currently I have 2 hard drives in my computer, one has windows XP on it with all the program files and everything else, but the other one just has a bunch of media files like music and movies, is there a way i can save all those files and put xp on the hard drive without xp on it?

thanks,

mike

There are several simple ways:

Zip them up and move the media files to your other hard drive until you install win xp on the other drive then move them back afterward.
Burn them to cdr\dvdr
Move them to a usb or firewire or thumb drive.

You could also partition that second hard drive and move the media files to the second partition and install win xp on the first partition. You would want to make the first partition active.
