Saving favorites and subsets in MSDN?

This question may be a bit off topic, but I can't find a better forum for it, so I hope you don't mind. :)

I've been going crazy trying to define some favorites and subsets in my installation of MSDN!
Defining them works fine, but whenever I turn my computer off they are gone again when I turn it back on!

Anyone that can help me out with this one? :)
