saving eps vector art as wmf

1. Is there a publication I can reference for production protocol?
2. What should wmfs preview like in MSWord and Powerpoint?
3. Why would 2 different logo fomats, 1 color and 2 color, print differntly? The 1 color print with parts of the logo art as if it were bitmapped?
