We have different folders on the network for different projects. The relevant emails have to go to the relevant folders. When you select some emails then drag and copy them accross to the relevent drive on the network it works, but then when you delete them from groupwise and empty it from the trash you cannot access the email from the network.

By folders is that within Groupwise or just directories on your network. Instead of Drag and drop, right click the attachment and save as...., select the directory you want on the network and it will be saved outside of Groupwise.

when we save an email we have to save it as .doc because if we save it as a .nlm we can't open it. So at the moment we can't save an email that when opened goes into the groupwise email view. We can not also drag a folder from groupwise onto c:\ or the network it only crates a shortcut to it. And once you delete the folder off of groupwise and empty it the shortcut is useless!
