Saving Email to a txt file

I want to take the input from a textbox and save it to a txt file resident on the webserver. Any ideas the best way to approach such a task?

You can use a variety of server-side tools such as PHP, PERL. You might want to check out those forums for more details.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
