Hello, Im using Entourage 2004. I prefer my email to be saved on our server, rather in the documents folder. How do you make Entourage save it to a network drive? I have the network drive mapped on my desktop. Is there a script that i can use to copy the entire contents from the identity folder to a network drive or any other suggestions, thanks all who help.

Can anybody show me how to create a script to copy the entire Entourage identites folder to a network drive. Entourage is not flexiable like outlook which i can easily place the pst file onto a network drive, so it can be centrally backup. Any suggestions, thanks so much who helps.

Tools menu/Rules.

Create a rule for all mesages and the Add action/move message. In the to window scroll to Choose folder and pick the appropriate one on the server.

Then create a schedule for this to run.

Hey thanks jmgalvin for the suggestion, but when i tried to choose the folder it only lets me specify folders in my inbox. Is there a way to specify to point to a map drive? Please advise, thanks.

If you have Exchange email at work, the folder should show up on the folder pane of the main mail window.

No we are not running internal Exchange server. I just want to save their identities folder on the server, without manually copying. Any suggestions, thanks.
