Hello,

I used to know how to perform this function, but now am completely stumped. What I would like to do is after sending out say a company newsletter via e-mail, save that list of addresses, name it Newsletter, and make it available to use for future newsletter blasts. This way, I do not have to type all the addresses in, or select the ones I want from a massive list in the database. If anyone knows how to do this, if you could step-by-step walk me through it I would appreciate it.

Thank you in advance.

Sure...

Create your message. Address it and all but don't send it.

Click on TOOLS - FORM - PUBLISH FORM
Give the FORM a name. Make sure it is being saved to your PERSONAL FORMS LIBRARY.
Click on PUBLISH.

If you are prompted with a message about Outlook recommends using "Save form definition with item" just answer YES.

You can then send your message.

Now when you want to call up your form again click on TOOLS - FORM - CHOOSE FORM. Go to your PERSOANL FORMS LIBRARY and open your form. You can make changes and send your form out.

Cheers
