Saving Data with Drilldown and subreports

I have a v8.5 report with a lot of drilldowns as well as subreport data. I would like to save the report fully populated with data so an enduser can use the offline viewer to view the entire report.

When I save the report, it only saves the data for the drilldown that was on the screen at the time I saved it. Is there a way to save everything in advance?
