Saving data between ASP pages

I am developing a questionnaire for entry/edit. I am using a "Previous Page" button on a form to return the user to the previous page of the questionnaire if deemed necessary.

My problem is:

If the user is on the 4th page, he/she may use the "Previous Page" button to make changes on any of the prior pages with no consequences. However, the user will lose any data/changes entered on that fourth page once he/she returns to it and have to reenter.

Is there a way to save partially entered data on that 4th page prior to the user clicking the "Previous Page" button so the user will not have to reenter the entire fourth page again upon returning to it?

Thanks in advance,
Dave

You can set cookies using the onunload() event handler, then reload the information stored in the cookie when the page reloads. If a cookie value for a certain form element doesn't exist, then that was blank before.

Ah! Makes sense. I'll give it a shot.

Thanks trollacious:)
