Saving Crystal Report and all the Fields change when reaccessing it

Good Morning. I have run across the most frustrating situation. I have written a Crystal Report (V XI) and then save it to my folder. When I reopen it, the grouping has changed and the fields have changed. Example: when saved, column 1 was check# but when I reopen it, column 1 is now check month. I have never seen anything like this. I rebooted but did not help. Any thoughts?
