Saving changes to Form

I have a strange problem. Using Access2003 I have one form that will not allow me to save any changes to it. Every time I do I get the "Access has encountered an error" screen. Even putting one space in the code generates this problem window!

And it doesn't have to be in the code. If I do as little as move a field the error appears.

I've tried everything including opening a backed up copy of the mdb from 2 years ago and when I make changes to the same specific form the same error occurs. I've also tried to delete the form and import it back and during the import process the error appears.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm at a standstill here and fear I will be forever.

Found the answer. For anybody else with the same issue, refer to Knowledge base article ID 945674. It explains the Hotfix download to resolve the issue.
