Hello,

When I open reports in CR10 from the enterprise environment, change the reports and save them, CE wants me to enter the password in Crystal Enterprise afterwards. Is there a way to save changed reports without the need to do this?

At the moment I evaluate a trial version of the .rpt inspector enterprise suite CE10/CR10: does anybody know if saving a report via .rpt inspector is possible without re-entering the password?

Thanks, Jeroen.

In the CMC, under the Properties Tab for a published report there is a 'Refresh Options' section..Uncheck the one related to the Database ( you may want to uncheck the 'Description' one as well)..

Hi Turkbear,

thanks for your answer. But: is this a setting I have to change for every report, or can I change this for all reports at once? And can I uncheck 'Default Database Logon Information' as default for all future reports?

Jeroen.

Hi,
The first time a report is published, you will need to set it..

For existing reports, each will need to be set; no default, batch or folder level method is available ( as far as I know)
