Saving attachments in Outlook to disk, automated?

I'm going to be receiving e-mails on a daily basis that will include a batched text file with comma delimmited records in it. Obviously, the person working on this could manually save the attachment to disk at the end of each day, but if I would like to have as little human intervention as possible.
Is there something anyone knows of that I can set up to handle this sort of thing? I mean is Outlook or Outlook Express even capable? If you've seen any websites or anything on this topic, I would appreciate being pointed their way. Thanks in advance. =]

I had a similar problem to yours and I've found this examples:

but you have to have Outlook installed and you have to set a refference to it's library.

Does anyone know how to do it whith Outlook Express? I'd be gratefull for any help.
