I am trying to save a report in Impromptu as PDF. When I open the pdf most of the data is replaced with '##'. I have tried different computers and different version of Adobe Reader.

Is there a setting I'm missing? Thanks Dave

The appearance of '###' for numbers in Impromptu is usually due to either the column being too narrow for the data, or occasionlly, Impromptu getting 'confused'. In the latter case, simple clicking on the column in question and re-establishing the format values (right-click to Format and then just press OK) usually fixes the problem.

This latter problem has been in Impromptu for many versions, and does not appear to be related to anything saved in the report, just a 'bug' that messes up the display now and then as the report is run.

Hope this helps. I'll lived with this one for a long time.
