Saving Announcements

Hi All,

I have a G3R with a TN750C in slot 02A02. I also have the following data mod. administered:

display data-module 17000 SPE-B
DATA MODULE

Data Extension: 17000 Name: Announcement 1
Type: announcement COS: 1
Board: 02A02 COR: 1
ITC: restricted TN: 1



However, when I type the following command:
save announcements SPE-B disk from 02A04

I get the following error message:
Required announcement data module not administered

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

what version? do you have a TN726 and TN553 installed and cross connected

have you tried "save ann spe-b remov 02a04" Saving to removable-meadia?? or are you trying to save to hard drive?

oh, look at the data mode, its say port 02a02 not 02a04, the board location? could this be it

Thanks so much! This just proves my theory that I'm losing my mind!

2A04 is where my VAL board is, and I know I must back that up via FTP.

2A02 is where the TN750C is and it is backing up as I type this!
