Saving Adobe PDF back to SharePoint

Hello!~

I have a user that opens PDF's on the portal and then draws on the PDF.

When he goes to save, he hits save...it acts like it does but does not update the portal.

When he hits save as it opens to his My Documents.

How can he save directly back to the portal?
