Does anyone know how i can save a report to a file location?

I have created a printable letter from an access report and want to save each letter in a file after printing it out.

Can you help?

Hi

Open the report up in preview mode and choose

File -> Export, choose Snapshot Format and then enter the filename.

The Snapshot format is a read only proprietary format for Access that can be viewed and printer using the free snapshot viewer application.
It is worth noting that using the RTF or text options will not preserve formatting, layout or graphics so you will have to make do with this if you want to be able to edit it outside of Access.
