I have some Power Point Presentations that I created and I want to show them to our CSR's & sales people. I was wondering if I saved a presentation as a power point show, does the other people I give it to have to have Power Point??

Yes they would but if you use the Pack and Go feature in PowerPoint and then put the file on some sort of media like CD or Zip disk then the viewer will get included with the show. joegz

I would save the files as PPS and then compress them as a ZIP file or some such. You therefore do not need a viewer or Powerpoint to then view the slideshow.

As Steve Martin used to say, "Well excuuuuuuse meeee!!!." LOL.
Thanks joegz and Hasit for the extra help.
If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.
