A transcriptionist ocassionally saves a word 2000 document and recieves an error stating "The device is in use". She is saving the document to a mapped drive. After accepting the error the document is lost. I have researched the MS KB and came up with nothing relating to this error when using Word. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.
